After getting this XPS 15 and testing it out for a couple of weeks I can say I wasn’t disappointed. I had read a lot of reviews, people having problems with their XPS 15 laptop.
The one I got worked perfect. I decided to bump it up with a couple of accessories. After much research I have concluded these are the best dell xps 15 accessories you will need.
Dell Adapter-USB-C to HDMI/VGA/Ethernet/USB 3.0 (DA200)
This is my first recommendation, definitely you need this. It sorts out a lot of your external connections issues connections.
With only 2 usb ports the Dell adapter increases ,the number of ports. You can then plug in more than just your external mouse and your phone.
Yes they are cheaper alternative for HDMI only or USB to VGA but why not get the whole full connections setup.
My second recommendation is the dell monitor.
Dell Ultrasharp Monitor
Yes I know the 15 inch screen is big and with its 4k Ultra Display what more would you need. Normally you would not need an additional screen, but depending on what you work on on your computer you will need one.
For example for a programmer or video editor, a secondary monitor would come in handy. Thats why the Dell Ultrasharp U2719DX 27-Inch WQHD is a handy accessory
With HDMI connections you even have them stacked vertical to enhance your work environment.
Logitech C960 Webcam
Whether you are a Youtube vlogger or need to stream a lesson or conference online, you have tried using the built-in webcam. The webcam on the new XPS 15 has been improved from the horrible one before but lets be honest it would never beat a dedicated external webcam.

Dell USB 3.0 Ultra HD/4K Triple Display Docking Station (D3100)
When you need to connect your Dell XPS 15 to an external monitor such as the Dell USB 3.0 Ultra HD/4K Triple Display Docking Station (D3100) then you’ll need the right extension to get the crispiest picture.
